• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Transactions and Fees

All transactions on eCoinMerce are subject to our fee structure as outlined on our Pricing page. Fees are deducted automatically from transactions. Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are separate and paid directly to the network.

Transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain. Refunds and disputes are handled according to our dispute resolution process.

6. Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions involve risks including:

• Price volatility
• Irreversible transactions
• Potential for loss due to wallet compromise
• Regulatory uncertainty

You are solely responsible for understanding these risks and making informed decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on eCoinMerce are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit permission.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled through our smart contract-based dispute resolution system. Both parties must participate in good faith. Our decision in disputes is final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

eCoinMerce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials
• Blockchain network failures or delays
• Actions of other users
• Force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold eCoinMerce harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of all outstanding transactions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
